Tarin had just learned how to tie a shoe. She is very proud of herself. Raegan sat down with us too, but her motor skills just aren't ready yet. But if you notice she wanted to be apart of every proud moment. (Tarin's hair looks like this after a long day of school on the days she wears a pony tail)
