Sliding Rock, Alpine

Nope, this is Slide Rock in Sedona, many childhood memories here....

But we went to Sliding Rock in Alpine, Utah...only 10 mins away.

As you can see, Raegan gave this a thumbs up...I'm sure there would have been two thumbs up if she wasn't still in shock over the cold temperatures of the water.  The facial expressions were priceless, and perfect for such a hot day as this was.

The pathway up to these falls were closed off to cars, so we had to walk the mile up here.  With temps being above 100 the past few days, today was a bad do to hike up hill.  But everyone made it and decided to sit and eat our lunch before having some fun.

We had our neighbors Joe and Noelle Brown come along.  The more the merrier!

This was a very fun day...hot, but "worth it"...so they tell me.  We will be doing this one again, especially before it gets too well known.
