Election Mania

Here is only a fraction of the line at around 8:30am. Total time was around 45 mins. But it was all worth it!

Rian was studying the election in several classes by reading articles and talking to mom and dad about the candidates and what we believe in. So I wanted her to experience the real deal. I let her do the actual voting by touching the screen. (don't you just love those pics done by yourself, that's quite the chin...)

And yes, we have completed the process together. Besides waiting in line forever, I think she really enjoyed the whole experience.

Rhonda, you are such a great mom to create experiences like that for your kids. I can't believe all that you do for your family--especially with 5 busy kids. You have so many fun traditions and celebrations. It's fun to learn about them on your blog. Wish we were closer so we could do more together. Happy Election Day!

That is so funny! Evan took our boys to vote because we wanted them to learn about the whole process. It is great to see them learn about new things!
