(Big Breath)...so this is in our basement looking up to the master bathroom. I'm not positive, but pretty sure our tub is leaking somewhere.
Aren't new houses suppose to be easy? Well, I'm just glad we figured it out within a year.
I've noticed a puddle on the ground before, but thought the kids had something to do with it...kind of like the bike treads that are running all through it.
Plummer is coming tomorrow, we'll see what's going on.

I hope it all works out. It's stuff like this that makes me a happy renter for the time being. We sold our GA house to a relocation company this week. We feel so blessed to be free of it in this market.
