This picture doesn't do justice to the monsterous hills in my neighborhood. Really there are three big rolls here, I'm standing on the biggest one (love that crack in our street). Just wanted everyone to see the lovely run I do twice a week. With the loop and cul-de-sacs two times around, it ends up being over 5 miles. I hate the first round, but by the second time around, I feel I could run a few more!

Now that's a workout. You must feel that in your quads and gluts! Go Rhonda Go!!!!!!!!!! You'll be well-prepared for your race after training like that.

Yeah...I can't do hills. Not yet anyways. I'm sure Idaho will make me have to get use to hills. That is pretty impressive. I sure love the pictures of your home of Georgia. I'm kinda excited to move to a place with 4 seasons.
