Lot 52 Gets a face lift--Dirt

We had 4 dump trucks running for almost 3 days. There is close to 300 loads of dirt dumped to build up the lot. This view will be the front of the house.

This is a shot from the main road, Cresent Dr. The house was suppose to face this direction, but with dirt/water conditions, it is facing the cul de sac, Knoll Wood Ct.

Happy Valentine's Day

It is that lovely time of year when kids get to decorate crazy boxes to receive valentine's and...candy! Rian used an oatmeal box and feathers to express her sassy self. She loves it.

This is big boy Jarom. In his class they made their valentine boxes to resemble themselves. It truly is him...a big heart!

Here are the "sucker" girls. They really like valentine's day! They also got new shirts out of it.

The Scissor Bandit

As you can see, someone decided to experiment with the scissors. Turns out the older brother, Jarom, was the guilty one. He said, "she wanted me to." I couldn't believe it, but I had to make it right, I had to cut it. It's funny how just a few hours before at church, people commented how long her hair was getting. I guess that should have been my clue. Something was coming. There is a before picture and after. Raegan is still her cute self, but without her long hair, she looks so different. I hope it grows back fast.

Big Girl Bed

If you ask Raegan, "what are you?" Usually she will reply, "I'm a big girl." Well, this past weekend, she really feels just that. She now has a twin size bed all to herself. It is kind of funny to see her little body take up only a fraction of the bed.

Lot 52- The Summit

Our lot has been cleared of trees and needs some dirt to be brought in. Hopefully soon we will begin to start the building process.

With the cold nights, we like to make sure the kids don't go to bed with wet hair. Often times, the kids decide to take over the blowdryers....here is the evidence:

Christmas 2006

We had a really good Christmas this year, amazing how much work is involved with Christmas when you have four children. The kids enjoyed themselves though, and it was a nice day spent together. Here a few shots from the action:

Here is a picture of the kids taken Christmas Eve wearing their new PJ's. Jarom didn't like the long sleeved shirt that came with his, so he swapped it out for a "cooler" one. Tarin sporting her cheesy smile!!
